Responsible for maintaining overall relationship and communication with TRC Command Center, Operations Supervisors and Managers
Responsible for delivering training sessions in adherence to schedule; on-time and within budget
Works closely with peers in TRC Operations, FMS, IT and Performance Excellence to ensure smooth, compliant operation of ARI’s Maintenance and Accident Management programs
Maintains Training Library and ensures that TRC-SOPs are reviewed and updated annually
Requirements
High school diploma, Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
A.S.E. and/ or O.E.M. certifications (preferred)
2 + years of ARI-TRC Call Center experience
3 + years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Repair, Maintenance or Service)
Exposure to the fleet management industry
Experience facilitating virtual training via Webex, etc
Familiarity with training concepts and practices
Familiarity with Call Center Technologies CTI, IVR, ACD and customer tracking systems
