Provide day-to-day Support Desk for Sage 300 tasks, errors, and functionality questions
Assist with database updates, data maintenance and data integrity
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Provide training for new software features/enhancements/functions
Triage escalated helpdesk requests, make recommendations, and execute resolutions
Provide occasional support for after-hours projects and incident response when needed
Assist with data/process migrations into a single ERP
Special projects as needed or requested
Requirements
1+ Years working with Sage/ERP System
Basic Crystal Reports writing and modification
Hands-on experience with various enterprise applications
Familiarity with writing basic SQL queries is preferred
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects of varying stages and scales
Ability to resolve complex issues through research, analysis, and knowledge from prior experience
Experience with ERP administration, and maintenance
Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocol
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Ability to interface with end-users for essential functions required for position
