Responsible for designing, developing, and operating CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and internal tooling in on-premise environments.
Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
Develop internal products, internal tools, dashboards, and automation services using Python.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible or similar tools.
Build and maintain APIs and services to support deployment workflows and operational tooling.
Implement secure, consistent, and reliable deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate build, test, and deployment automation.
Continuously improve DevOps practices, developer experience, and automation coverage.

2–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or backend/full-stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Solid development experience required (Python preferred).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Ansible).
Strong understanding of Linux systems.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Swarm preferred).
Experience building or maintaining internal tools, APIs, or automation platforms.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
