Independently handle customer inquiries related to financing via email and phone, ensuring service-oriented communication
Structure and analyze relevant data to support performance analyses and reporting processes
Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of efficient service workflows for financing products
Support the rollout, maintenance, and optimization of customer service tools to improve process quality
Carefully document processes and continuously ensure the quality of finance-related standards in customer service
Work closely with Sales and Tech teams to optimize internal interfaces and improve cross-functional processes
Requirements
You are enrolled in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program for at least two more semesters, ideally with a finance-related focus
You have a basic understanding of financing products as well as strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking
High service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact, combined with a professional and solution-focused demeanor, come naturally to you
Quick learner with the ability to efficiently adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken (C1/C2)
