Provide application support (Tier 2/3), investigating and resolving incidents on Android, iOS and Smart TVs
Perform troubleshooting of functional and technical issues in production
Analyze logs, crashes and usage metrics to identify failures
Collaborate with development teams to fix bugs and implement improvements
Monitor deployments and perform validations in production (mobile and TV)
Ensure stability and performance of applications across different devices
Support Tier 1/2 teams with technical analysis and guidance on solutions
Document recurring issues and propose continuous improvements

Experience in support or development of Android and iOS applications
Knowledge of operation and publishing of apps on Smart TVs (Samsung and LG)
Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (Firebase, Crashlytics, etc.)
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration
Familiarity with app store publication processes (Google Play, App Store, Samsung/LG Stores)
Experience with source control (Git)
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution
Nice to have:
Experience with video streaming apps
Knowledge of TV platforms (Tizen – Samsung, webOS – LG)
Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile
