Provides specialized Human Capital Management (HCM) oversight and support
Addresses complex processes, policies, and transactions within the University
Responds quickly and effectively to departmental questions related to transactions
Serves as liaison for departmental communications and payroll regarding policies
Adheres to University and HR regulatory standards for data management and integrity
Audits and approves data including payroll transactions
Provides day-to-day leadership to the team executing data entry/management
Identifies opportunities for improvement and follows up to ensure customer service standards
Collaborates proactively with internal University resources for best practices
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
4 Years of experience in a large, complex Human Resources/Payroll Service Center Environment
Proficient in Human Resource systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.
Effective understanding and knowledge of FLSA regulations and employment law
Skills: Labor and Employment Law, Labor Standards, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Payroll Taxes
