Role Overview
- Support the construction management process by assisting with job scheduling
- Inspect and enforce job safety requirements
- Complete ‘punch lists’ and assist in completion of new home orientation lists
- Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled
- Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in completion of model/inventory maintenance
- Assist in areas of service-related issues
- Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Valid Auto Insurance Coverage
- Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry up to 25 lbs
- Finger dexterity is necessary
