Role Overview
- Oversee the management of all the risks to which entity is exposed or might be exposed
- Lead the implementation of the Group Risk & Compliance framework across all risk domains
- Ensure proper treatment of alerts related to AML, sanctions, and terrorism financing
- Develop and oversee the entity’s risk appetite and ensure compliance adaptation
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Risk & Compliance team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the financial sector in risk and compliance
- Knowledge of compliance risk management applicable to banks
- Knowledge of non-financial risk management and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to engage with business teams while maintaining independent judgement
- Strong analytical skills
