Manage the complete lifecycle of the assigned suite of banking products within the Bank's commercial product portfolio
Assist with developing and executing the Bank's Product strategy and roadmap
Provide hands-on, product-level leadership needed to realize concepts and potential key innovations into tangible, profitable products
Complete market research to monitor trends, develop reports for key stakeholders and recommendations on product suite and pricing strategy
Partner with the Product Management leadership to execute the Bank's strategic plan
Meet product development objectives, manage product health, and responsiveness to market dynamics
Support the product lifecycle process and executing their work within the department's standards
Lead the research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products
Ensure the product suite's success in managing product health and effectiveness
Foster strong, healthy working relationships with senior leaders in partner departments
Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development
Requirements
8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Previous leadership experience required
Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics
Market specific awareness
Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
