Design and execute end-to-end and integration test scenarios across multiple system components
Analyze defects and identify patterns to uncover underlying system issues
Develop test strategies and test cases for complex business logic and workflows
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align on testing approaches and quality standards
Lead testing efforts for integration and end-to-end validation across systems
Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and clear communication of issues
Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA engineering, including 2+ years working with Salesforce applications
Strong understanding of test design techniques and risk-based testing approaches
Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, reports)
Solid experience with defect management, including severity and priority assessment
Hands-on experience with API testing and web services (REST)
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process
