About this role
Role Overview
Conduct market intelligence studies, benchmarking and sector analysis focused on the public health sector and OSS models;
Support the development and review of institutional strategy, aligning guidelines with the macroeconomic, political and regulatory context;
Participate in the definition, structuring and rollout of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives;
Monitor and analyze strategic performance indicators and support the preparation of executive materials (dashboards, board presentations, etc.);
Work transversally across different areas of the organization, promoting integration between strategy, operations and results;
Manage medium
to large-scale projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines, costs and quality are met;
Develop schedules, action plans, budgets and project status reports;
Track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks;
Facilitate meetings and workshops, collaborating with teams to ensure alignment and engagement in project deliverables;
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights on project progress and the status of strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Public Health or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Planning, Project Management or related areas (preferred).
Previous experience in strategic planning, market/sector analysis, and project and KPI management.
Knowledge of the healthcare sector and experience working in social organizations will be considered a plus.
Advanced knowledge of strategic planning and project management methodologies (e.g., BSC, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Proficiency with data analysis and management tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Interact, etc.).
