Evaluate the management and control processes — individual, systemic and physical — for materials;
Analyze the entire materials supply chain, identifying opportunities to adjust processes and systems to maximize results;
Classify materials and define storage conditions; manage migration and application of duplicate or redundant assets; oversee termination of customs regimes and disposal/scrapping of assets;
Advise administrative audit teams on defenses related to notices of infraction, notifications, annulment actions and other legal matters before regulatory and oversight bodies;
Develop control and traceability reports for materials;
Present control reports and assessments of incidents, their suspensions and the resulting gains from tax suspensions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields;
Solid experience providing advisory support in tax and customs management;
Proficient in SAP ERP modules MM, PM and PS;
Microsoft Office suite and Power BI;
Proficient with the Federal Revenue Service’s “Portal Aduana e Comércio Exterior” system;
Specialist in foreign trade processes and systems, e.g., SISCOMEX, DI, LI, CCT.
