Provide support to cooperatives and members on products involving foreign exchange and international trade operations.
Serve internal bank areas (Risk, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Treasury, etc.).
Good judgment and flexibility to handle urgent requests, delivering clear and secure responses promptly.
Strong ability to adapt to regulatory updates.
Daily reconciliation of foreign currency statements.
Review accounting trial balances and perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Proper handling of Internal Controls requests (legal documents, summaries, audit support, accounting reports, etc.).
Ability to connect accounting knowledge to FX routines, reconciliations, internal controls, and resolution of operational discrepancies.

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Accounting, International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics.
Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of SQL and SAP is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience in the financial market is desirable.
Intermediate or advanced English.
Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment.
Good organizational skills and ability to handle concurrent tasks are essential.
Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system is a plus.
Knowledge of the main types and modalities of foreign exchange operations and their respective implications is a plus.
