Disseminate the Kata culture through the creation of processes, routines, rules, standards and communication to ensure the development of the culture and create/monitor area indicators by analyzing Katas to give Tenda visibility into the status of the culture and the area.
Responsible for maintaining and generating performance indicators and production monitoring systems, as well as implementing new teams.
Analyze success factors to ensure line stability and the best performance in terms of safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people.
Act as guardian of the Tenda Industrial Model, following established routines in accordance with area policies, as well as the targets and expected results.
Support the planning, standardization and management of continuous improvement of construction processes alongside production lines to ensure line stability and the best performance in terms of safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or other related fields;
Lean tools, Microsoft Office, business knowledge, experience in a manufacturing model; experience in Operations/Construction is desirable;
Resilience, communication, creativity, innovation, analytical depth, people management.
