Responsible for the strategic direction, sales execution, operational oversight, and risk management of the Credit Union’s treasury management and business banking sales functions.
Leads treasury sales, business deposit growth, and related service delivery efforts while partnering across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Brokerage and Insurance Sales, Commercial Lending, Operations, Digital, Fraud, Compliance, and Finance.
Accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, expanding treasury management adoption, and ensuring consistent execution of the Credit Union’s treasury strategy.
Drive process improvements, support product development and assistance for treasury solutions delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
10 – 15 Years of Experience in Treasury management or financial services sales experience
Experience managing large operational initiatives or transformation projects
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with treasury workflows and regulatory considerations
Strong track record of leading sales teams and achieving market-level revenue and growth targets
Excellent management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills
Deep understanding of treasury products, payments, liquidity solutions, cash management, and industry trends
Ability to travel extensively and manage a broad geographic territory.
