10+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement
5+ years in specific category of Professional Services (HR in specific)
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree)
Additional Sourcing/Procurement certification will be advantageous
General understanding of Sourcing Operations and Strategic Buying processes
Problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
Strong project management experience
High attention to detail
Excellent English (native, C1 or equivalent) written and verbal communication skills
Any additional language considered a plus
