About this role
Role Overview
- Provide high-level guidance as well as operational support to Affiliate Finance teams concerning the main financial processes
- Liaise mainly with the Region and Country staff
- Support to Monthly Closing & Reporting
- Assist in preparing regional monthly reports and performance dashboards
- Perform first level variance analyses (Actual vs Plan vs Forecast)
- Contribute to Budget, Forecast and Long‑Range Plan cycles
- Assist in building ad‑hoc analyses and KPIs to track performance
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools
- Interact with Country Finance teams and support finance‑related projects
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with planning and reporting tools (a plus)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- An study experience abroad will be considered a plus
- Analytical mindset
