IT Analyst – Infrastructure and Systems, AI

Role Overview

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, computers and IT equipment (cloud environments and/or on-premises servers)
• Monitor performance and availability of infrastructure resources
• Manage user access, internet, Wi‑Fi, VPN and remote access
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, access and permissions
• Implement and monitor backup and data recovery routines
• Ensure information security (antivirus, firewall, access policies, etc.)
• Support external IT vendors when required
• Support migration from physical environments to cloud (in progress)
• Assist in IT asset management (laptops, mobile phones, equipment)
• Manage software licenses
• Work on information security (antivirus, firewall, access control)
• Provide Level 1 and 2 user support
• Support infrastructure vendors when necessary
• Install, configure and update corporate software
• Provide user support for internal systems and tools
• Support implementation of new systems and technological improvements
• Identify faults and resolve software issues
• Interact with system vendors for support and enhancements
• Administer and support corporate systems (ERP, CRM, internal platforms, etc.)
• Parameterize, configure and test system functionalities
• Monitor and assist with system integrations
• Act as the focal point between users and vendors
• Support deployment of new modules or integrations
• Monitor system updates and operational impacts
• Manage tickets and monitor vendor SLAs
• Document processes and operational workflows
• Deliver user training
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Log and follow up technical tickets
• Advise users on best practices for technology use
• Propose improvements to infrastructure and systems

Requirements

• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Terminal Services)
• Windows Server administration
• Backup and data recovery
• Information security
• Cloud environments
• Installation and support of corporate software
• Knowledge of Mega Sistemas ERP is a plus
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL)
• API integrations between systems
