Champion a robust governance framework, defining decision rights and ownership to maintain a high-standard configuration environment
Solve high-impact production issues by coordinating directly with implementation partners and internal stakeholders

3+ years of dedicated experience in Workday HCM Security Administration and role design
Deep expertise in configuring Workday business processes, rules, and functional access
Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
Natural collaborator capable of bridging the gap between technical configuration and business needs
