Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience as a strategic UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of designing and developing successful digital products across the web, mobile, and tablets.
The ability to seek clarity in highly ambiguous work streams, align team around common goals, and deliver scalable solutions.
Full Stack Skills: Proficiency in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and vibe coding tools.
Outcome-centered Approach: A strong understanding of outcome-centered design principles and methodologies.
Prototyping Tools: Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma make etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and experience across the web, mobile and tablet platforms.
Experience with user testing platforms like usertesting.com or other analytics tools.
Experience with agile/lean methodologies.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
