Indexes and uploads documents into corporate information systems, ensuring their availability, accessibility, and traceability.
Supports the implementation and periodic review of document management policies and procedures within the global business services scope.
Controls the loan, return, and final disposition of physical and digital documents.
Maintains updated inventories and prepares periodic reports on document preservation and regulatory compliance.
Provides guidance and assistance to internal and external users regarding information access and records management.
Ensures compliance with all relevant company guidelines.
Requirements
Intermediate MS Office skills
Graduate in Document Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Management, or a closely related field.
