Provide best in-class basic accounting and financial reporting support services to clients
Provide accounting related services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger and reporting
Prepare client statements and reports for next level review
Proactively communicate status of work and seek clarity from lead
Answer basic accounting and software questions, escalating as needed
Maintain and expand knowledge base of accounting principles and practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
0-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field desired
Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll principles
Experience in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct and/or Bill.com a plus
Experience and knowledge working within MS Office Suite
