Drive executive-level insights for account and executive management through advanced analytics and reporting
Work on cross-functional project teams to gather core intelligence
Develop and coordinate the development of BI platforms and applications
Interface with senior management and executives through a white glove delivery
Provide expertise on service line best practices and industry-standard analytics
Anticipate client needs and remain solutions-focused
Recruit, manage, and train necessary BI staff

10+ years of relevant work experience in Analytical roles or Business Intelligence roles
5+ years of CRE experience
5+ years of data benchmarking experience
Advanced degree and significant on-the-job experience
Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
Project management skills to move projects/tasks forward
Must be detail-oriented and able to focus with frequent interruptions
