Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role.
Expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein.
Create compelling client-ready presentations.
Focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
Minimum 2 -5 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, student finance, higher education, and/or accounting
Previous experience implementing Student Information Systems like Workday, Banner, Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, or Oracle
Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
Must have current Workday Student and Student Financials certification
Functional expertise in student financials systems, regulations and processes
Understanding of higher ed student financials requirements across various types of institutions
Demonstrated knowledge in academic structure, organizational assessment, and strategic planning
Exceptional advanced Excel skills (including modeling and macros)
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Expertise in the HR and/or Financials function, processes and best practices
Experience as a functional application specialist
Excellent communication skills
