Maintain a smaller caseload of assigned plans for administration and compliance work.
Requirements
At least 6 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.
At least 3 years of People Manager experience.
Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills in order to ensure the client experience is smooth throughout the entire annual compliance cycle.
Help evaluate and improve operational procedures.
