Role Overview
- Supporting the FP&A Lead with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Delivering accurate, timely insights to shape strategic decisions
- Collaborating with teams across finance and the wider organisation
- Improving processes and enhancing reporting tools
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Assisting with monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Tracking key performance indicators
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and the board
- Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and reporting tools, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Keen analytical mindset
- Proven problem-solving and financial modelling skills
- Experience using financial planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Power BI
- Solid Excel skills
- Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, or high-growth environment would be highly desirable.
