Produce high-performing static and video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Use performance data and A/B testing results to iterate on designs and improve ROAS.
Distil complex drone specs and workflows into easy-to-understand infographics, diagrams, and e-learning materials.
Maintain absolute visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage the digital asset library, ensuring access to optimized brand materials.
Partner with the SEO and Content teams to integrate high-quality visuals into blogs and site updates.
Requirements
At least 3 Years of Digital Design Experience: A proven track record in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Working in E-commerce, Tech, or Drone Industry is Advantageous.
Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Video Editing Chops: Strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You should be able to take raw footage and turn it into a professional, "punchy" marketing asset.
UI/UX Literacy: A solid understanding of web design principles. You should know how to design for "the fold," mobile responsiveness, and clear user flows.
The "Drone" Lens: An interest in (or willingness to learn) the technical side of the UAS industry. You must be able to tell the difference between a consumer drone and an enterprise thermal unit in your designs.
Experience in design and UI/UX is the top priority, with video production considered a secondary skill.
Familiarity with data-driven design (A/B testing, ROAS) is highly preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing sample designs such as ads, website imagery, or other relevant design work.
