Processing rail, hotel and car booking requests using client-specific applications and any other systems/ tools required to complete the tasks
Communicating with clients’ points of sales through phone, chat, or email to ensure timely processing of booking requests
Updating the systems with relevant information
Ensure that the quality of the transactions complies with predefined quality parameters
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Accomplish any other essential function that may occur from time to time, as directed by the Supervisor, to help to identify inefficiencies in the process and assist in driving process improvement activities
Requirements
Foreign language requirement (French & English : written: advanced; spoken: advanced; comprehension: advanced)
