About this role

Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the FAST insurance product.
Lead test strategy and execution of complex test scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver defect-free releases across web, mobile, and API layers.
Execute end-to-end testing across insurance processes such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, claims, and payments & integrations.
Perform automation and API testing with tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts.

10-12 years in Software Quality Assurance
Insurance domain exposure preferred
Strong experience in manual and automation testing
Hands-on experience with: Test automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)
API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
SQL for data validation
Experience testing web-based and API-driven applications
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Solid understanding of insurance domain concepts
Experience testing insurance products or platforms is highly preferred
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus
