Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in product management and program management within the telecommunications or software industry.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce is required; experience with Genesys Cloud and Slack collaboration is a plus.
Deep understanding of APIs/mS, Center and Agent Tooling and processes.
Proven ability to engage effectively with customers to gather feedback, address integration needs, and ensure satisfaction with product solutions.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, empathy, and support. Servant-Leadership style is critical.
Expertise in project management and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven experience driving business value through technology delivery.
