Review loan packets to ensure they are complete and accurate.
Check loan documents and data for consistency and completeness.
Verify loan data entered into the system to ensure accuracy.
Review loan files for compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inaccuracies in loan packets, which may involve communicating with borrowers, lenders, and other parties.
Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to loan data and documentation.
Collaborate with underwriters, closers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the review process.

Five (5+) years of experience in loan processing within the housing market (manufactured housing experience is a plus).
Comfortable working in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that evolves as technology and the business scale.
Proactive and able to work autonomously.
Collaborative and innovative, with a strong desire for team success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
High degree of attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in loan files.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with loan origination software and loan document management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
