Provide technical support and service to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of systems
Install and configure equipment and software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation
Requirements
2 years minimum experience in field service or face-to-face customer service.
Must participate in training and pass operator qualifications for service.
Must pass DOT drug screen.
Valid Driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Honeywell.
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to carry required tools and tool bag (10-15lbs) regularly for extended periods and distances.
The ability to spend long periods of time standing and / or walking on concrete and other surfaces.
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly, to include but not limited to; safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses / goggles / face shield, hearing protection, safety harness, ARC Flash suits, chemical and/or cut resistant gloves.
Gas Leak Surveys and Inspections experience
A college degree or technical certification
Basic MS Office skills
Customer Service and People skills
Ability to follow instructions.
