Mechanical Design Engineer I

Role Overview

• Lead and coordinate team members for project execution.
• System layout drawing.
• Cost estimation using internal tools.
• Sales support with customer technical meetings.
• Write and review technical documentation.
• Part definition and support.
• System design and throughput analysis.
• Engineering assistance.
• Write and review technical specifications.
• 2D and 3D modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control automation, electrical, electronics, or similar.
• 1+ years of professional experience in similar role.
• AutoCAD Layouts and modelling
• 2D & 3D Design.
• English level – fluent.
• Working knowledge of Project Management.
• Able to travel average 80% of the time.
• Able to drive a car with a valid license (work environment might require driving under high changing weather conditions such as rain, snow and wind).
• Working experience in Conveyors.
• Material Handling experience.
• Experience with Sales or cost estimation.
• Industrial design talent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to do presentations to other team members and customers.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• An open, honest and team-oriented personality.
• Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work.
• Creativity.
• High experience developing products or sustaining existing products.
• Experience in a highly regulated and safety critical domain.
• Mechanical Engineering degree.
