Partner directly with customers to define project scope and requirements
Plan and manage projects by establishing budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation plans
Lead project execution, managing budgets, timelines, quality standards, and scope changes
Coordinate cross‑functional teams while serving as the primary liaison between the Pall Aerospace business and customers
Drive process improvement initiatives, define performance metrics, and hold teams accountable

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Prefer 5–10 years of project or program management experience within the aerospace industry
Demonstrated success in managing complex aerospace product development projects end-to-end
Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver project objectives
Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) with working knowledge of Earned Value Management
