Be intimately familiar with our product offerings so that you can work directly with FactSet’s Institutional Asset Management clients and prospects to architect and implement FactSet’s EMS solution (Portware Enterprise and FactSet EMS)
Analyze and define business requirements related to client workflows
Serve as project manager and coordinate between all teams required for an EMS implementation
Ensure projects are executed with expertise, delivered on schedule, and aligned with customer expectations
Train clients in the use of our technology to ensure client success through go-live and into production trading
Work with regional broker-dealers and third-parties on behalf of our clients to establish connectivity and ensure workflows meet client needs
Work with our Sales teams to provide technical expertise on deployment, system set up, configurations that meet clients’ requirements
Work closely with our Development, Product Management, and Account Management teams to provide the best resolutions to issues concerning all aspects of our trading solutions
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help clients perform their own UAT
Partner with our Client Services team to ensure our clients receive adequate support and a smooth transition to our Account Management team
Understand the evolving needs of our business and our clients, identify and explore opportunities for operational and service improvement
Manage and execute onboarding and projects for existing clients, ensuring smooth setup, configuration, and integration of systems or services

Requirements
5+ years of client service/success experience within a financial services institution
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) with ability to break down and explain complex issues to internal and external audiences (English fluency and proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus)
Exceptional problem-solving skills are required with ability to work under pressure handling time sensitive issues with a strong sense of urgency
Good understanding of multi asset class electronic trading workflow of asset managers (one or more experiences in EQ, ETD, Fixed Income, FX)
Proven ability to multi-task as well as critical thinking ability and willingness to learn and adapt is critical
Comfortable working with traders and other client personnel (including very senior stakeholders)
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Enthusiasm, a strong sense of initiative and competitive spirit
Ability to travel if required
Excellent documentation skills
Hands-on technical experience and proficiency in the following technologies: OMS/EMS, FIX and network, JAVA, Oracle DB, Various server OS Platforms (Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc.), Citrix.
