Create a clear annual business plan for selected accounts, drive sales activities, and update with regular reviews.
Formulate and update account plans that form the basis of medium
to long-term growth strategies for major partner accounts.
Work directly with our established key focused accounts.
Maintain and create new long-term partnerships.
Develop strategic business plans for key focused accounts.
Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on set KPI’s.
Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
Prepare reports for new and key focused accounts.
Act as a champion for Axis' Core Values and a master of the Axis Sales Methodology, serving as a champion for the country or territory while fostering an "Act as one" collaborative environment across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
Significant experience in a similar sales position / sales target achievement.
Strategic thinker, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in building lasting relationships and working with Consultants and Customers in the Government segment (desirable).
Desirable to have worked with hardware and/or software products.
Good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of IT networking, IP-based technologies and applications (desirable).
Good knowledge of Salesforce (desirable).
Pro-active self-motivated team player.
Strong negotiation skills.
Over 10 years of experience in sales in the IT industry/company.
Japanese: Native level or JLPT N1 certification required.
English: TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred (Strongly desired for communication with global teams).
