Activations Sales Agent

Role Overview

• Making outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not yet booked their location or dates.
• Helping to deliver on arrivals.
• Increasing revenue for the department.
• Guaranteeing tour volume for the resorts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• 12 months minimum sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience required.
• Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered at this time.
