About this role
Role Overview
Advise employees of our clients on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance
Serve as a point of contact across various channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience
Handle customer inquiries independently – from consultation to implementation
Explain complex topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a degree or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills
Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
