M.Sc. in Computer Science and at least 7 years of experience in .NET or Golang software development
Confident use of agentic AI tools for workflow automation, problem-solving, and software development
Proficiency in developing distributed software, cloud mechanisms, tooling and providers (Azure, AWS, containers, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, continuous integration and DevOps practices
Proficiency with storage technologies (SQL databases, NoSQL databases, Data Lake, etc.)
Familiarity with Clean Code principles, peer review and pair programming
High degree of motivation and ability to collaborate in agile teams
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English.
