Role Overview
- Own the design of the company’s digital presence
- Create high-converting experiences across various digital assets
- Design mobile-first layouts and continuously optimize for user behavior
- Collaborate directly with the internal team and build organized design systems
Requirements
- Proven experience designing for U.S.-based DTC brands selling physical or consumable products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages, product pages, homepage redesigns, funnels, and/or email templates used in paid traffic environments
- Experience designing for mobile-first user behavior in e-commerce environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
- Ability to design within a premium, dark, masculine visual aesthetic
- Excellent collaboration skills and strong written and verbal English communication skills
