Lead and implement the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module;
Act as a technical and functional reference on projects related to PPM/SPM;
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions;
Configure and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform;
Develop scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.);
Create and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP);
Implement and optimize financial management features in SPM, including planning, monitoring, and cost control;
Work with cost models, budgets, forecasts and allocation of financial resources;
Manage and configure Investment Funding, including defining funding sources, allocating funds and ensuring investment traceability;
Support financial governance focused on CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring visibility and control of investments;
Develop financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
Ensure development best practices and governance on the platform;
Support the definition of solution architecture and the evolutionary roadmap;
Perform code reviews and mentor more junior professionals;
Participate in workshops, trainings and client presentations.

Solid experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the SPM / PPM module;
Strong knowledge of JavaScript as applied to the ServiceNow platform;
Experience configuring Demand, Project, Portfolio and Resource Management;
Practical experience with Financial Management in SPM;
Knowledge of Investment Funding within ServiceNow SPM;
Understanding of project and portfolio financial management (CAPEX, OPEX, budget, forecast, cost tracking);
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server);
Experience developing reports and dashboards;
Experience in requirements gathering and a consultative approach;
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-PPM/SPM, CAD);
Experience with additional modules (ITSM, ITBM, Agile Development);
Experience with advanced financial planning within SPM (cost plans, benefit plans, fiscal periods, funding models);
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe);
Knowledge of strategic portfolio management and corporate governance.
