Work in Inventory Management and Loss Prevention with the mission of managing processes through tools and people, reducing losses and risks related to retail operations, and driving the company's results in a solid and continuous manner.
Create and execute a schedule of visits to company retail operations (stores, kiosks, direct sales; distribution centers and hubs);
Use checklists to measure adherence to operational processes;
Create, monitor and complete Action Plans for non-conformities;
Oversee and validate outsourced inventories;
Perform cyclical/rotating inventory counts;
Map causes of shrinkage (shortages and surpluses). Identify root causes and develop actions to mitigate operational losses (damage, expired products, display/demo items, promotional items, theft, robbery, inventory discrepancies, and related causes);
Develop and deliver training on Inventory Management and Loss Prevention. Organize meetings with stakeholders to coordinate actions and report results;
Requirements
High school diploma required; pursuing a university degree is desirable (Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or related fields);
Preferable experience/knowledge in Inventory Management and Loss Prevention (front office
stores and distribution centers) in any segment;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Office 365 Online. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools;
Desirable knowledge in field process audits, inventory management, outsourced inventories, internal inventory (cyclical/rotating), operational shrinkage, and crisis management
