About this role
Role Overview
- As part of the team, you will work on real-world projects, in direct contact with users and clients.
- Development of custom WinDev, WebDev, and WinDev Mobile applications
- Ongoing feature and corrective maintenance of existing projects
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and bugs
- Continuous improvement of application quality, performance, and reliability
- Proactively propose improvements to applications and development practices
- Project follow-up: coordination, progress tracking, and ensuring commitments are met
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of development experience
- Strong knowledge of WinDev, WebDev and/or WinDev Mobile, with solid foundations in SQL queries
- Developer training or equivalent professional experience
- Non‑traditional profiles are welcome: career changers, self-taught developers, and candidates without a classic IT background
- Desired (but not required) skills: JavaScript / CSS, UX/UI awareness, interest in AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n)
