Design, develop, document, test, and debug complex space simulation software
Lead project efforts and support architectural visioning and technical planning
Support modeling and simulation research across multiple disciplines
Collaborate using tools such as Confluence, Discourse, GitLab, and Jira
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high engineering standards
Partner with government leadership to maintain priorities and direction
Meet with customers to gather requirements and incorporate feedback
Provide regular progress updates and presentations to customers and leadership
Requirements
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Proficiency in C++, including compiling, linking, and debugging
Ability to successfully complete a C++ technical coding challenge
Experience with constructive, agent-based, or event-driven modeling and simulation
Basic understanding of space concepts (coordinate systems, time, orbital propagation, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
