Lead the diagnosis, design and evolution of sales training programs, focusing on training train-the-trainer consultants and directly impacting sales results.
Translate CAIXA Consórcio campaigns into structured training strategies, enhancing adoption and commercial performance.
Map competencies and development needs of the sales force, structuring training programs aligned with business demands.
Develop training strategies targeted at low-performing groups, based on data analysis and focused on reversing results.
Manage and evolve the digital training strategy, ensuring content governance, continuous updates and alignment with commercial objectives.
Conduct training needs assessments (TNA), structuring development actions for consultants and sales representatives.
Develop and implement learning paths for different channels (CAIXA Network, Lottery outlets, Banking Correspondents and CCA Master), ensuring consistency with business guidelines.
Create and manage instructional materials and training metrics, measuring impact on sales, productivity and quality of deliveries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related fields.
Preferred: specialization or postgraduate degree in Corporate Education, Organizational Development or similar.
Proven experience in Training & Development for sales teams.
Experience in financial institutions, preferably with consórcio (consortium) products.
Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and corporate education (andragogy, gamification, etc.).
Knowledge of the consórcio product and consultative selling practices.
Experience structuring training programs.
Ability to develop metrics to evaluate training impact.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Preferred: LMS platform management; Instructional Design; sales techniques such as SPIN Selling, rapport building, anchoring, etc.
