Contact customers in delinquency to understand their situations and offer retention solutions.
Conduct negotiations focused on customer relationships and continuity.
Manage the daily flow of customer contacts (mainly via WhatsApp) and update systems such as the CRM.
Collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) team to transition specific cases.
Experience in SaaS companies or retention areas is a plus.
Requirements
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for customer management and tracking.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for organization, analysis and data control.
Familiarity with communication via WhatsApp.
Previous experience with ERP systems related to finance and operations is desirable.
