Lead AI Architect

Role Overview

• Design the entire ecosystem for AI solutions
• Define the architecture for AI solutions including data pipelines, model storage, inference engines
• Establish best practices for MLOps across the engineering team
• Evaluate and select the optimal tech stack for AI needs
• Mentor senior engineers and present architectural decisions to the C-suite

Requirements

• 7 years in an IT discipline
• 7 years in a Business discipline
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience in enterprise integration, particularly in migrating legacy systems to AI-augmented workflows
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, Cogno, PEGA, Enterprise Architect(SCEA), Project Management
