Manager, Financial Planning and Cost Analysis

Role Overview

• Manage all facets of the planning/forecasting cycles for the Organization.
• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, and staff productivity.
• Develop and implement policies and programs as necessary.
• Direct revenue and expenses components of the forecast and communicate results to Senior Management.
• Provide cost information support and prepare cost reports consistent with allocation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field or relevant experience
• 5 years in Finance
• 3 years in a management role
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
