Analyze, regulate and handle Financial Lines claims, including Surety (Guarantee), Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Seizure/Kidnap (where applicable), with a focus on corporate clients.
Receive, register and manage claims notifications, ensuring correct opening, monitoring and settlement of cases.
Interpret policies, contracts, clauses and general conditions to assess coverage and properly classify claims.
Adjust and maintain technical reserves as claim regulation evolves.
Engage, guide and monitor specialized service providers, including remote and on-site inspections, validating reports, fees and expenses.
Work together with partner law firms in the handling and settlement of claims.
Prepare technical and legal responses to requests, statements and demands related to claims.
Control deadlines and volumes of reported and settled claims, maintaining records and system updates.
Identify contractual or operational inconsistencies, supporting process improvements and risk mitigation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Practical experience in the regulation and analysis of Financial Lines claims at insurers or corporate brokerages.
Experience with products such as Surety (Guarantee), D&O and E&O.
Solid knowledge of contract analysis and interpretation of policy clauses and conditions.
Intermediate level of English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
