own production workflows across live and produced content, from ideation through final delivery
build and execute run-of-shows for daily live productions across the B/R App and YouTube
partner directly with on-air talent, athletes, and creators, helping them prepare, and deliver compelling content
support the coordination across internal teams (production, social, design, editorial) and external partners throughout all phases of production
support pre-production planning for shoots, including creative development, logistics, and talent prep
work with editors and producers in post-production: shape story, review cuts, and elevate creative execution across both longform and short-form content
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in digital, studio, or live event production
strong knowledge and passion for sports
strong understanding of post-production workflows and storytelling
fundamental knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and lead without being asked
